Manure analysis for fertilizer law compliance.
You are required to comply with the Fertilizer Act. This means you must have a manure analysis performed. We provide manure analysis in accordance with AP05, as described in Appendix H of the Fertilizer Act.
In addition to phosphate and nitrogen, we also analyze dry matter, organic matter, ash, ammoniacal nitrogen and potassium. This gives you a complete and reliable picture of the composition of your manure.

Mineral concentrate
Under conditions, the liquid manure fraction after manure processing may be used as a fertilizer substitute. For this, an analysis must be carried out per shipment according to applicable regulations. We provide these analyses and reports in full.

Manure processing - hygienization
When exporting manure, hygienization is usually mandatory. Any Salmonella and E. coli must be reduced to levels in the veterinary directive 92/118/EEC. We perform the necessary microbiological manure analyses for you.

Manure processing - cover fermentation
Cover fermentation produces digestate that may be used as animal fertilizer when at least 50% animal manure has been applied. To prove that cover fermentation materials do not contain an excess of heavy metals or organic micropollutants, a g-substance analysis is mandatory. We provide a complete, clear and correct analysis report.

Effluent
Drainage water is generated in barn air scrubbers and can be used as fertilizer under certain conditions. The composition differs per system. We help you gain insight into the substances present and the correct application.

Renure stands for Recovered Nitrogen from Manure and refers to processed manure products in which nitrogen becomes available to crops in a more directly absorbable form. These products play an important role in making agriculture more sustainable, as they can (partially) replace artificial fertilizer and contribute to more efficient nutrient management.
