At Vandenbulcke, a renowned player in chocolate production, the emphasis has always been on delivering delicious, high-quality chocolates. However, the quality department faced a major challenge in efficiently creating product sheets. The manual process was time-consuming, error-prone and complicated. Therefore, digitization was needed to streamline operations.

Existing collaboration

Given their existing partnership with Normec as the laboratory of choice for product analysis, Vandenbulcke turned to Normec Foodcare Online to begin their digital transformation journey.

Starting with the implementation of the specification module, Vandenbulcke found that the process went remarkably smoothly. Although a lot of data had to be entered into the platform in the initial phase, it laid the groundwork for easier and more efficient use in the future.
