With one click of a button, product information from the Specifications module in Normec Foodcare Online can now be transferred to PS in Foodservice. This link is used by Warung Catering Services B.V. Among others. Ronald Westhoff, operational manager and co-owner of Warung Catering Services B.V., decided to make product information available via PS in Foodservice. This allows them to display product information directly and conveniently to buyers.

PS in Foodservice provides with its Foodbook the exchange of product information between suppliers and buyers or consumers. Data is managed centrally in this way. The fact that changes only have to be published once simplifies managing the foodservice market characterized by its many buyers.

Saving time with the specification module

Warung Catering Services B.V. is a producer of Indonesian and Surinamese meals. Because of the layered structure of several sub-dishes to a final product, determining nutritional values, allergen information and ingredient declarations is a considerable job. With the specification module, they manage to save a lot of time and also reduce the risk of errors.

With the link to PS in Foodservice, Warung Catering Services B.V. can transfer product information to PS in Foodservice with the click of a button. A new synchronization can also be applied in case of changes to existing products, making them immediately available in PS in Foodservice. Another advantage of the link is that the probability of error is significantly reduced. This leads to a faster and more efficient working method for Warung Catering Services B.V.
