New lab portal for more efficient data management

The new portal offers a central place for all data. No more loose Excel lists or lost reports, but direct insight into the information you need. So you can make faster decisions and optimize quality within your organization.

Efficiency and convenience: all data in one place

The new customer portal gives you a clear overview of all laboratory results. Results are directly compared with your set limits. Thanks to the handy traffic light system, you can see at a glance whether a result is within the standard:

  • Green: approved
  • Orange: warning
  • Red: limit values exceeded

So you no longer have to go through reports manually or make your own calculations. The portal automates this process and saves you valuable time. Moreover, you easily link follow-up actions and add comments. This also makes it easy for dynamic teams and part-timers to share information and take over tasks.

User-friendly and time-saving

We designed the customer portal to speed up the work process and relieve quality staff. Because the system automatically analyzes reports and translates them into concrete insights, you and your team can focus on more important tasks. This not only helps prevent recalls, but also helps audits run more smoothly. All information is readily available, so you are always prepared.

Advanced data analysis and trend recognition

One of the biggest advantages of the new portal is the ability to analyze trends. With clear timeline charts, bar graphs or scatter diagrams, you get quick insight into patterns. This helps monitor food safety and identify risk periods.

For example, do you want to see if there is a peak in salmonella results in certain months? Or do you want to compare your rejection rates with previous years? With the customer portal you can easily analyze your data and substantiate your decisions with clear graphs. This makes audits more efficient and shows that you are in control of your processes.

In addition, the portal offers:

  • Advanced search and filter options to quickly find analyses.
  • Document storage of at least two years.
  • The ability to customize and set limits specifically per customer or product.
  • Export options to Excel for further processing.

Challenge testing in the food industry: more than just Listeria

Challenge tests are laboratory tests in which a known number of microorganisms (such as Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, yeasts or fungi) are deliberately added to a food product. The product is then stored under realistic storage conditions (such as temperature, packaging and time) to observe whether and how quickly the microorganism grows, survives or dies. They aim to assess the microbiological safety or shelf life of a specific product in its real matrix and packaging. Challenge tests are best known in the context of Listeria control but have numerous other applications and assets.
