Preparation of the European Sanitary Approval dossier
We compile the sanitary approval dossier for your site together with you. We prepare a complete file ready to submit to obtain sanitary approval.
We focus in particular on drafting the three chapters of Annex 2 in the format required by the Decree of 8 June 2006:
- the description of the establishment
- the description of the activity
- the Food Safety Plan (documents relating to good hygiene practices and procedures based on the principles of the HACCP method).
